REAL BAD 32 - DJS ANNOUNCED!
The Grass Roots Gay Rights Foundation unveiled this year’s DJs and we are celebrating our local California talent.
Headlining the Main Room is award-winning DJ/Producer Russ Rich from San Francisco. Russ began his DJ career with his signature happy, uplifting vocals, and has since progressed his sound to include tribal, tech house, and progressive house. His powerful, immersive journeys have energized the dance floors at world-renowned SF leather events including Magnitude, Bay of Pigs, ROUGH, and PLAY T-Dance.
Opening the Main Room is DJ Matt Effect from San Diego. Matt’s musical versatility had landed him on the lineups of international mega events such as Sydney Mardi Gras, Matinee, and GayDays. His appeal to a wide range of audiences is notable; he’s spun pride events in New York, Vancouver, Dallas, and Los Angeles, just to name a few.
The Underground offers an alternative dance floor experience with Los Angeles-based DJ Paul Cowling making his SF debut. Paul is known for his innovative sets where house, techno, and progressive coalesce in after-hours and underground warehouse parties. Paul has been featured at iconic venues including London’s Ministry of Sound, Fire Vauxhall, Avalon Hollywood, Exchange LA, and Sound nightclub in Hollywood.
