2020 CANCELLATION OF EVENTS

It is with heavy hearts that the board and committee members of the Grass Roots Gay Rights Foundation announce the cancelation of our previously announced 2020 season of events, including the Margarita Party & Beer Bust, RITUAL, and REAL BAD 32. Likewise, returning Host Signup and New Host Lottery have been suspended. This was not an easy decision, but protecting the health of our community during this crisis is our primary priority.

While we are disappointed, we remain resolute in our commitment to support organizations that create a happy, healthy, and connected Bay Area LGBTQ community. In that spirit, our team is already going back to the drawing board to come up with ideas that allow us to come together in whatever ways we can, celebrate our diversity, and create a positive impact for those who need us so much right now. Keep an eye out for upcoming announcements on our official REAL BAD Facebook page, the REAL BAD Ticket Info group, and via email.

With your help, we will continue to rally our circles of friends, focus the power of our grassroots support, celebrate our community, and help our beneficiaries succeed. This organization was born from a crisis and with your support we will overcome this one. We hope you will join us!
